Shipping and Return
Thank you for your recent purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help! You may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
TERMS
Once your order has been packaged, labeled and sent out from our facility to USPS, we are no longer liable for packages that are lost or stolen. If a package is lost in transit or stolen before you receive it, please contact USPS first. We will also be happy to assist in anyway we can. If our product arrives damaged or not working, we will be more than happy to help and find a solution. Please reach out to us at contact@hippiegreen.co for any questions or concerns.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@hippiegreen.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form. Then, mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The package must include a trackable method to mail your return via USPS FedEx or UPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders take approximately 5-10 business days to ship, with the exception of when packages are held in customs. Custom times vary and are not part of the typical 5-10 shipping time period. Because of this, order processing times and updates regarding packages held in customs can not be provided by hippie green.
Before placing an international order, we highly recommend reviewing your countries laws and rulings regarding the legality of the products you intend to purchase. hippie green is not familiar with all countries’ laws and rulings and will not be held liable for possession or seizure of products where they are prohibited. The order recipient is responsible for any additional duty fees associated with the purchase(s) that are required to be paid to the carrier or the recipient’s destination.
As of November 22nd, 2021, we are no longer able to process payments for CBD products that will be shipped to any of the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, and India.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days to process returns from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
